GCC Women in Leadership Research Results
To determine the current status of GCC Women in Leadership, Knowledge Group conducted a research study which targeted women in GCC countries. The purpose of the survey was to gather the opinions of women in the region on their opportunities in the workforce and more specifically, on their opportunities to enter leadership positions. In this session, Lisa Gulesserian will present the findings, conclusions, and recommendations they found. You will have an opportunity to be a part of the discussion on how we can better support women entering and succeeding in leadership positions.
